1. Do you ship to my country?
AMGRIN ships from China and ships to most countries/regions around the world.

2. How to check the shipping cost for your destination?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of product, the destination, the shipping method and other considerations. 
(For some countries and regions, we will provide shipping cost reference, and the final result is subject to the sales representative’s quotation)

3. What are the available shipping methods?
For all shipping methods, AMGRIN only charge shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included. Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense.

*If you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China, please contact us and provide their information, we will ship order to your warehouse or forwarder.

Customs and Taxes

How are customs and import tax/duty handled?

We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. 

AMGRIN is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. 

The Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense.

Shipping FAQS
 
1. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?

Of course you can, but you need to email us the order number BEFORE shippment.  If your order has not been shipped, we will change it, otherwise we can not.

2. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

Please send email to [email protected] the orders has been shipped, then we CAN NOT cancel it.

3. When do you ship my order?

We will ship your order within 1~2days on workding days. The shipping time mentioned above will be postponed to next the Monday due to weekends.

4. How can I trace my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. You can also contact us([email protected]) to get the tracking number after your order is shipped afrter 2 days later.

5. How long does it take to get my order?

The shipping time depends on your order amount. If your order is over $70, we will ship via express and usually it takes 1-2 weeks to get it. Otherwise we will ship via China Post airmail and it takes 3-8 weeks to get it. Please contact us if the order does not arrive within estimated time. (Affected by force majeure, shilling will be delayed.)

6. I haven't received my items over two months, what happened?

Please email us at [email protected] ,  We will resend or refund after we have looked into it.

7. Efficient Processing

Our streamlined shipping process ensures that your orders are processed promptly. In most instances, your order will be dispatched from our facility within 24 hours. During peak demand periods, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Rest assured, we use a reliable shipping network to ensure the timely delivery of your vape products.

8. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your shipment with our tracking notifications. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

9. Shipping Details

At checkout, you will receive information about shipping methods and estimated delivery times based on your location and local service provider.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. Customers in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process, detailed on our website.

10. Bulk Orders for Savings

Maximize your savings by considering bulk purchases and optimizing your shipping costs.

11. Adult Signature Service

In compliance with federal laws, vape mail orders containing e-cigarette products require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. A $7 charge will be applied during checkout to facilitate this service. Alternatively, we offer the option to ship to a business address for your convenience.

12. Shipping and Handling Timelines

All orders necessitate 24 to 72 business hours for processing before being shipped. Once processed, you will receive an automatic tracking email confirming the final stages of fulfillment, with estimated delivery times and shipping methods provided at checkout.

13. Return to Sender

At AMGRIN, we aim to provide fair solutions:

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a refund minus postal costs.

For packages returned due to the inability to collect an adult signature, a $14 restocking fee may apply. We reserve the right to re-ship a replacement order only after processing the original package, with any additional shipping costs covered by the customer.
